After graduating from Jacobs Creek Job Corps Center, Justin worked on numerous projects with the International Union of Operating Engineers, including bridges, airports and power plants. In the Advanced Highway Construction, Pre-Apprenticeship training program, you will earn industry-recognized credentials from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Forklift certifications, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a state-issued credential/license.
Students should also earn a state-issued learner’s permit and driver’s license upon completion of the program.

- Completion of a Job Corps basic training program
- Meet academic (math and reading) requirements
- Positive attendance and progress record
- At least 17 years old
